This is so wonderful! I love how Frodo does his best to return to the peace and quiet he craves after returning from Mordor. He has been changed not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. He prefers solitude and reflection to partying and revelry.
I also enjoy the way you characterize the relationship between Frodo and Poppy. Friends, yes...but potentially something more? Time will tell, perhaps. Excellent work! |

| I am enjoying Frodo's "what if" life very much so far. I think it's interesting to take these characters in different directions from time to time and see where they wind up. I am more interested in the characters staying true to their own personalities than in the canon myself. I look forward to finding out where you are going as soon as you know. LOL Loved the prologue by the way. Those are usually boring, but yours was very entertaining. |
