| This is an awe inspiring AU. I love the way you have taken the eight of the Fellowship and added Faramir. What a change just one person can wreak on a situation! The characters are very believable and you have really touched the heart of a lot of what went on in the walker's heads - Aragorn's doubt of his ability as king, Legolas' belief in the trustworthness of man, the hobbits need to protect Frodo but also their worry that they will not be enough. A small platoon beseiged by the loss of their commander in chief, evil orcs and goblins, spine chilling nazguls and yet building tentative relationships and support among themselves. Yes, I know where the book and movie takes the story, but I can't wait until you update again and continue your own story. Please do say you will finish this! | Excellent. 'Tis difficult to sustain a reader's interest over forty chapters, but you have done so! Just one suggestion: reins are the little strips of leather used to guide the horse. reign is the period of time a king or queen governs.
