This was one of the best fan fictions I have read in years. Your work left me unwilling to sleep, annoyed with everything that drew my attention and concentration away from reading. It's so amazing, so full of vivid colors and characters! I've never thought of Pippin getting his own big adventure after the one he had already gone through. Finding this was like finding an unexpected hall of treasures, including Maglor's appearance (Dear Eru, I love this elf so much!). Still all your original characters left me breathless. I can't decide who I love most - each had won a place in my heart. I wish you lots and lots of inspiration, so that more works like this can be born.

This was... tremendous, I think, would be a good word for it. Ho! you must be a hearty author! This was quite... different, but good more for it. I read it all in one day. I was impressed with the descriptions of the ship, they were all spot-on. A clever take, good work!

Lord of the Rings crossed with Egyptian mythology and Indiana Jones ("Snakes. Why did it have to be snakes?")makes me one happy camper! This was a great, fun read. Thanks, Tom!

"WOW!"... My first words after reading this story. Actually, I came across your fic a few times before but never had the urge to read it. Only now do I regret not reading it earlier. This is REALLY GOOD! What's your secret? Seriously, I'd like to know. Well keep up the great work. Perhaps you should write a sequel ;) *hint hint* maybe about the whole gang going to visit the shire or something....that would be fun, but thats entirely up to you. :)

Well, I have finally finished this and thank you for writing such a LONG and involved adventure story! It was thoroughly enjoyable and I am glad I read it. So many fanfics end up being just like so many other fanfics, but this one was almost to the point of being not even fanfic, it was so different! Interesting and fun, a light, enjoyable read that, while it had some unexpected guest appearances and a bit of swashbuckler feel to it, is entirely entertaining. Thank you very much for all your hard work on this delightful story! Ariel

This has been one fantastic, incredible story. I went from chapter to chapter, with no time to wait. What a wonderful read! And with all the amazing things you managed to pack into this, it remained true to canon! Unbelievable!

"I do not doubt it," said Morelin with a laugh. "You, Peregrin Took, shall never be too old for adventure." I hope this means that sometime soon, you will write another grand adventure for the Falcon and his friends. As you may have guessed, I enjoyed this very much. Keep writing.
