I had wondered what the ceremony was about--good idea to have the populace (or their representatives) swear fealty. However, I think Aragorn needs to hire new body guards! If everyone saw the green light, is the assumption going to be that Faramir was ensorcelled or that he was somehow using magic? Oh, no, don't put Faramir in the same cell with Wormtongue!
