| LAXgirl!!!!!! There you are!!!!! I was so glad to see this addition.....and you had to go and make it another evil you-know-what!!! AAAGGGHHH! Just when you thought is was safe to etc.,etc.,etc. Well, it is a nice LOOOONG chapter, and that stupid guard-murderer (can't remember his name - CRC strikes again!) finally got his due!! You really do write a good fight, tho'...the one in the alley with Gimli was very well done, and the final battle in what's his name's house with Legolas had me ducking and cringing and yelling! :-) (Haven't you ever read a story with Legolas about to get the snot beat out of him and yelled at him to move or duck or something? Your's did that *deep calming breath*!) And of course, you just had to add the FIRE! Legolas's almost escape was very convincing, too! Now, our poor elf has another head wound, and is about to be roasted to a fine turn.....HOW COULD YOU LEAVE HIM LIKE THAT!!! ummmm, sorry.....Seriously, great chapter as usual, and I was struck by the absolute tenacity you had Legolas pursue the murderer with. He was not about to give up and have that monster kill again! The elf was going to catch him or die trying *sob* and he just might! *sobsobsob* Update soon, I fear for the elf and my sanity! *g* linda Author Reply: Wahahaha! *evil laughter!* Evil cliff hangers are my specialty. Haven't you realized that yet? ^_^ Anyway, thank you for the review. I'm glad to hear I had yo ducking and cringing. Oh, and you know i had to add that little fire in there just to add a little spice to the story. You didn't actually think I was going to let Legolas get out of there that easily, did you? I can't give you any hints about how or even if Legolas is going to get out of this, but hopefully I'll have an update out sometime soon (hopefully sometime before you lose your sanity! ^_^) Thanks again for the review. | You had me skimming through the chapter just to make sure that Legolas was ok! (Then I went back and read it again.) I really enjoyed how you created such a vivid word picture during the fire and the fight. Well done. I'm guessing our story is (sadly) almost at the end? Author Reply: Ha ha! That was funny how you cheated and went ahead to make sure Legolas was ok (kind of... ^_^). Yes, the story is slowly winding down. There's only about one more chapter and possibly (I'm not really sure if I'm going to just put it with the next chaqpter or make it it's own) an epilogue. But like I said, I'm not sure if the actual epilgoue is going to be added with the nexdt chapter. Thanks for the review.Glad to hear I had you on the edge of your seat. | Oh My God. That was very very very awesome chapter. Will someone find him before he gets burned to death? I was wondering if you forgot about this story, but you didnt, and you sure know how to make up for a long wait. Dont keep us waiting for too long, again. -sofia Author Reply: Aw no! I couldn't forget ToS!! Thought that was something of a long hiatus before I managed to update again. And like you said, I tried to make up for such a long time with a nice long chapter.
