I'm quite enjoying this story and I hope you continue as soon as you can. Great characters and lot of tension around Rhinure. V.good! -Joana Author Reply: Thank you for you review. I hope you will still read when I have the next chapter out. I know it has been a while but work has been a killer. I am hard at work at the next chapter now that work has calmed down and I am not working seven days a week (no kidding). But it is hars to write considering all the tension that each character has woven around themselves. But I will manage (ignore the crossed fingers behind my back). :)

The tnesion that Rhinure creates all around herself is amazing. I hadn't thought of her as selfish before, especially considering her position among the Avari as Sacrifice, but she is selfish with those near to her. To not dance with Legolas and to try to refuse the King does show that she really does not care for them. I am dying to know what is going on behidn those closed doors. Author Reply: Rhinure is amazing sometimes, and not in a good sense either. I could try to defend her by saying that she is confused and defensive, and Legolas has atrocious but it wouldn't change the fact that she was really silly. She can be selfish, much like all of us can be. I have seen people, myself included, do and say some hurtful things because we didn't get our way. Rhinure does the same, at least in my head. But I didn't realise that it was symptomatic of her not caring. I think she cares, I hoep she does, but she is prone to bad moods and mistakes too. And Legolas could have insisted like Thranduil did. He did not have to go out and dance with all the pretty ellyth. Though it serves Rhinure right. This was so difficult to write since I like Rhinure and I dislike it when she does stupid things. And she does a lot of them in her personal life, proabably because she doesn't have much practice in having a life. Must make sure Legolas gives her a lot of practice. But I must say, your comment made me go back and change some of what is happening behind those closed doors. So you (and my boss) are partly to blame for the time it has taken to get the rest out. Kidding. ;)

good chapter. I wonder whats gonna happen in that room between them. I liked the conversation between Thranduil and Rhinure. She does have a sharp tongue. Will she always be like that? Dont keep us waiting for too long. -sofia Author Reply: I am sorry but I guess the wait has been very long and it is going to be a little longer. Work has been hell but it has calmed down and I can put my find to more pleasant things like writing. Rhinure is a bit sharp, no? A little excessively in my my books. I don't think she will be like this all the time, she can't. She has to grow up sometimes. But i will keep my figners crossed. Even as an author, I have little control over my characters sometimes. When I wrote this scene, I just couldn't project Rhinure as even tempered. Believe me, I tried. I finally gave up when my fingers couldn't type anymore.

I must say that the dialogue between Thranduil and Rhinure was the best I've ever read. It was great, really. Her conversation with Cothion was amazing... it seems to me that deep inside she is changing because of Legolas... she has questions and she is getting a little bit confused. She is a great woman... I hope the next chapter comes soon (no pressure!) because... I can't believe you ended there... OMG! I want to know what will happen there... I love the way you describe people's emotions. I am never tired of waiting for more chapters of Moriquendi! Thanks for updating today... the day I hope it will be the first of my winter break!!! Author Reply: I am back after a long, long hiatus - known as crunch time at work - and slowly de-numbing my brain. Too much work is bad for one, I have realised and suicidal for fan-fic writers. I am glad you enjoyed the dialogue between Thranduil and Rhinure. I was trying so hard to show that beneath all that self-sacrificing nobility there is a lot of hurt petulance that is dying to get out. Poor thing is such a child sometimes, and Thranduil gets it. He understands, and that is scary. I, myself, hate it when people understand where all my anger is coming from. It is shameful and humbling at the same time – two not very comfortable emotions. I hope you will wait just a little longer while I finish the next chapter. I know its been a while but I hope you all will forgive me.

I shiver with anticipation with what is to come:-D Personally I think Legolas really needs to set his foot down and tell her to stop acting like a silly immature elfling... "I don't dance." How rude! And inconsiderate! And then to insult the Queen! tsk.. tsk... I don't think Legolas should have really danced with someone other than his wife, but hopefully it showed Rhinure that Legolas could have chosen any ellyth, but dutifully married her instead. Does she even realize what Thranuduil forced Legolas to do? I find myself rather upset with her and hopefully she will get a good tongue lashing... But no Cothion to comfort her... Or else Legolas might kill him;-) And if looks could kill I bet Cothion would already be dead:-) Awesome chapter and I eagerly look forward to more~ Author Reply: I agree - setting down a few rules may not be a bad idea. Though with Rhinure you never know. She should have danced. Sometimes we all do things we don't like because our friends want us to. She really has to learn to do that. For me the interesting bit was that she is so open to doing these unpleasant things when it comes to her people but when it comes to her personal life she is very uncompromsing. It's as if she gives in so much otherwise that she feels that enough is enough. And legolas gets the short end of the stick. Must work on her a little. a little balance is required. Will do that as soon as I get home. Thanks for reviewing.

So much tension! I need more! I can't wait to see this next intercourse. Their communication is so akward and stilted. Loverly. Lily Author Reply: Communication may be giving them too much credit - they talk but they don't listen. Especially Rhinure. Until they do - well tension will be the least of their problems.

Fan, no one writes sexual tension better than you do. I am in awe. And also, I want to know what the connection was between the queen and Rhinure. Your Thranduil is smart and wily; your Legolas's anger is palpable. This was just a gloriously fun read. Author Reply: *blush* thank you (I think). Wait until you see/read the next few chapters. Tension is mounting. The queen and Rhinure - well at the rate I go, that may be a whole other story. Thank you for reading over the chapter. Nil seems too overworked. Must send her a nice, error free chapter next time to make up for this one.
