Beautiful, Chathol-linn, just beautiful! - Barbara Author Reply: Hello, Barbara. Long time no talk. You know I always picture Thranduil as the most extroverted of personalities. And yet when it comes to his true love, he's as unsure of his footing as the rest of us. Thank you for taking the time to read and comment. Regards - Chathol-linn

This drew me in gradually, as you always do. There's something about the deceptive simplicity of your sentences that is so poetic. Thranduil's hesistation speaks volumes about his feelings. Author Reply: "Deceptive simplicity" - what a compliment. The warrior king in love appeals to me tremendously. I am glad that my portrayal of his love and uncertainty came through. Thank you for your comments, as always. You are the kind of reader one hopes to reach. Regards - Chathol-linn
