O.O ...can't wait to find out! Although it probably means trouble for Estel, Legolas and the twins...>.< Oooo...any revenge fit into the schedule somewhere for our oh so lovable twins of Elrond? Lol, may not exactly be time to be thinking about that yet, but maybe after everything is back to normal :P Can't wait for the next chapter! POST SOON! *~SuGaR~* Author Reply: Trouble? Now would I let my characters get into any trouble? :o) I hadn't really thought about that leftover revenge in this story. I'll have to think about it. Maybe Legolas and Estel could push the twins (if they survive this story) into facing Thranduil after the king finds out where his son went without permission. OUch. I don't think even those mischief-makers deserve *that*. More next week.

A terrific chapter. The twins desire to go along and keep an eye on the mischief makers is endearing, but I have to say my favorite part was Legolas and the little stretch of forest greeting each other. Author Reply: Thank you. Having the twins keep an eye on Legolas and Estel is like having a mouse keep an eye on the cheese. It isn't going to work the way they plan. I loved Legolas leaping into that tree and then singing the night away. He definitely has a wood elf's heart.

I understand Legolas's frustration at this father's overprotectiveness. I think he has to do this, for the sake of his own adult independence. I liked the detail that they split everything into all the packs. The howling things are kind of scary. Author Reply: I felt Legolas's frustration, while I was writing it. As he was thinking, he loves his father, but he has to do this for himself. I try not to get bogged down in too much detail, but I think it often adds interesting bits to the story. I think everyone will be surprised at what the howling things turn out to be.
