The Wrong Path  by White Wolf 5 Review(s)

it seems like part of my review got cut off...strange...

all i remember of the part that got cut off though is "The arrogance the dark elf showed...Legolas arched his back and screamed." ack! just reading that, not to mention picturing it! it just makes you wanna hug him so hard, but that probably wouldn't help anything =(

just wanted you to know that =)...

Author Reply: Thanks for adding these thoughts.

I wanted the readers to know just how horrible what Mordraug and his snake did truly was.

Thranduil was hugging Legolas, and you are right, it didn't really help. *sniff*

yeah, you start calculating your options and calculate fast!!!!!!!!! YEH!!!!!!! GO THRANDUIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *sigh*...now i have to wait for another update...

well, Legolas went after him like i had hoped, but Thranduil and company sure made it there quick, although it really wouldn't have helped if they had come later. heh, after Legolas told Mordraug not to call him "little one" it would have been great if Legolas had gotten up and punched HIM!!!!(not Estel this time!)...though that probably wouldn't have been very realistic...darn...but then *dun da da dun*<<
luv ur story and can't wait!!!!!!! POST SOON!!!!!!!!

*~SuGaR~*
p.s POOR LEGOLAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Author Reply: Remember that the group was only an hour behind Legolas. The elf was so fast, they just couldn't make that time up. They got there for the main confrontation, though.

Legolas would have gladly punched Mordraug out, if he could have.

Glad you're loving the story. More soon.

Oh dear. You are going to need a lot more exclamation points very, very soon.

oh my gosh! this is really good!:D So they have finally reached Legolas... its sad that hes sufering, though. i hope the next chapter will be soon, cuz i cant wait!

Author Reply: Thank you. I'm so glad you are enjoying the story.

Yes, they finally reached Legolas, but a bit late, I'm afraid, not that it would have really mattered much, since he was already poisoned.

More soon, I promise.

*moan* NOT THERE!!! DON'T END *THERE*!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!!! *ahem* Way to go, Thranduil!! But poor Thranduil, to have his son tortured like that, and poor Aragorn, so helpless, and still dealing with guilt, and Legolas!!! My Poor x 1,000,000 baby!!!! Thranduil's sudden appearance took me by surprise, that was nice! I wasn't expecting him for a little while yet. //A myriad of confusing thoughts swirled through Mordraug’s mind, as he frantically began to calculate his options.// No! HE'S GOING TO KILL LEGOLAS!!! NOOOO!!!! (See??? This is what I mean by "merciless". No mercy for Legolas, and no mercy for me with your infuriatingly supurb cliffies!!!!) Wait a second. What would he gain by killing Legolas? *thinks about that until her head hurts* Unless he (1) Wants to see Legolas die and see Thranduil suffer for it, even if it's his last bit of pleasure or (2) He thinks Thranduil will give in in the face of losing his son. But even that's not bad enough for him, especially because Thranduil thinks (or knows) that he's going to lose his son anyway...so Mordraug must have something more diabolical in mind...I never had a head for these things.

I...need....more...!............um, PLEASE!

Author Reply: Everyone is suffering not being able to help Legolas. Even the readers, it appears.

Just keep multiplying those "poor's". You'll need more in the next chapter, I'm af-aid. Too bad they can't help Legolas.

Mordraug is insane. He truly believes Greenwood, as he still calls it, belongs to him. As Legolas said, he would never let *any* of the royal family survive, no matter what Thranduil did.

Do you really want more? Be careful what you wish for. :o)
