crap...i think I'm getting a cold...*sigh* damn mortality...

Legolas dying...again!!!!!! now that would be beyond cruel!!!!!!! but now Elrond has to put him in a coma...dang, guess we won't be hearng from Legolas for a while, once more, AGAIN!!!!!! *sigh* let's just hope he doesn't stay in a coma for long...having Legolas unconcious...argh!!!! reminds me of The Hunting Trip by Ithilien...he was unconcious for i don't remember how many chapters!!!! hope Legolas will be awake for a while before they put him back in a coma!!

well, I'mm gonna go eat an orange or something now, bye!!

Author Reply: I hope you feel okay. Take plenty of vitamin C.

Legolas isn't going to die again. We won't hear from Legolas for a while, as you guessed, but don't worry, he'll be back. Also, no more comas, but of course, there will be other stuff wrong with him. :o)

I'm reading "The Hunting Trip", but I haven['t gotten very far yet. It's a very long story, so it will take me a long time to read it.

Have you read "Elven Song" by Jocelyn? That is one of the best LOTR stories I have ever read, and it is so well written. It's at this site. You might try it, if you haven't already.

Well, I hope to see you after my next update.

This feels somewhat like the calm before the storm...now aren't I perceptive? ;-) Maybe Glorfindel couldn't have messed that meal up, but *I* sure could have! (Heck, I can trip while I'm *sitting down*!) *shakes her head* Those troublesome twins, my goodness! *in a mocking tone* "He SNAPPED at me!" Big surprise there, Elrohir! Sorry. I like to pick on him. The overall emotion (Legolas angst, etc.) is just right, and if I commented on every little paragraph I'd drive you completely insane...but I thoroughly enjoyed the entire chapter! The feeling was just right...but poor Thranduil! And (here's the biggy)...My POOR x 5215(6248% of the square root of 54,222,869 divided by 9/5 to the 18th power over 4,863,215 to the 183 power squared) (I could go on...) BABY! Yes, you did create a mathematical monster! Next time, maybe I'll just pull out one of my old Algebra books and insert ridiculous numbers into the slots...it'd be easier than sitting here and thinking up something ludicrous like I just wrote! Anyway, I can't wait for the next chapter! I feel like there is something more I want to say, but I can't quite articulate it, so there goes that...;-) This is an ominous chapter!

Yes, I believe that at least part of the reason I love to torture Legolas is that I was really ticked at how little credit Legolas got, and I figured that the best way to get people to pay attention to him is to hurt him! Now, isn't he lucky that we all have this logic? ;-)

Go people who don't like slash! I made the mistake of reading some of that when I was about 11. It is one of the most unfortunate things that has ever happened to me I think, but it was a well-learned lesson. Same-sex romance is sick and unnatural, and a completely unbiblical concept. It just gives me shivers.

Keep writing!

Author Reply: As you've noticed, and as I've probably said more than once, I like to put bits of humor in from time to time. The twins are so perfect for that. Don't pick on Elrohir too much. He's really a sweety and my favorite twin, but don't tell Elladan. I really love him, too.

I think the best thing you can do to keep from driving yourself crazy with the math is just to say POOR X infinity to the inth power. That ought to about do it.

I think that if you asked Legolas, he would just prefer to remain totally anonymous. It sure would save him a lot of grief.

You share perfectly my ideas on slash. I just can't get through it, not that I try anymore. I read some summaries, and they sound so intriguing, and then at the end they either say, Aragorn/Legolas or Frodo/Sam, or they just say Slash. I run away as fast as my finger can hit the back button. I was reading one story a while back, and was on about chapter five or six, when it started wit the slash. There was no warning. I quit reading. Well, enough ranting.

More soon.

More please...

I still love what I read, just keep them coming.

Keep up the great work that you are doing with your story, I still love it.

Poor Legolas, and Thranduil, as he saw his son, and feared for him, I need more.

Author Reply: Everyone is suffering, not just our dear elf.
