Oi! What a cliffie! Well, as when I first read this chapter, I enjoyed its tension and angst very much. :-)

Author Reply: I love cliffies (except when I'm reading them, of course). You've read this chapter before? Wow. I'm glad you like the tension and angst. More to come.

O.O

GO ELROND AND LEGOLAS!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!!!!! Mordraug's plan is pretty good...but it'll never work!!!!!!! Now we know how Mordraug is doing all this too...hmmm, maybe someone can find Mordraug's body and administer an antidote...but it probably started to decay already...ewwww...well, we'll just have to wait and see what happens, GO ELROND AND LEGOLAS!!!!!!!!! POST SOON!

Author Reply: Yes, rooting for Legolas and Elrond is a good thing. Let's hope they hear you. I don't think I'd want to find Mordraug after all this time. Yuck. Yes, everyone must wait a while longer, but I will update soon.

When Elrond was in the little closed off room, I expected him to see Legolas, not Mordraug. That was a surprise. Then things got really intresting. Update soon.

Author Reply: Surprises are nice. I'm glad I wasn't predictable. I'm also glad you found it interesting. I will update soon.

Go Elrond! Mordraug is in deep *&%$ now. Hope he gets a very painful end!!! Looking forward to the next update.

Author Reply: Unfortunately, Mordraug isn't powerless, which will make for a most interesting battle. The next chapter will be coming soon.

Wow. Go Elrond! I am so hoping that between Legolas and Elrond they can defeat Mordraug.

Author Reply: Go Elrond indeed. He's a wiley elf, and he has Vylya. What happens next should prove interesting for all concerned.

Oh wow, now things are really staring to move! A showdown in Legolas´ mind - that is quite an interesting idea. I like the fact that Legolas and Elrond try to work together even though that does not always work the way they may want it to. I see serious trouble ahead, though - hopefully Elrond will have the strength to pull through.
Great work, I´m looking forward to your next chapter.
Alina

Author Reply: I thought it was interesting, too, when I thought it up. I couldn't resist exploring that idea. I think Elrond and Legolas make a good team. We'll see what comes of it.

Thank you. More soon.

Huzzah(sorta)!Elrond is takin on Mordraug but unfortunatly not very well, W.Wolf show mercy on Legolas, the elf has had to put up with a lot of @#&* lately (in other tales being posted right now he's died twice and been struck blind) Can we please have one miniscule nice thing happen?Sorry, that was lame but hey,Mordraug has a lot of dark karma building....

Author Reply: Elrond is indeed taking on Mordraug. That will be quite a battle. I hope you will like it.

Yes, Legolas has endured a lot, but then, this *is* an angst story. And, it isn't over yet! Things won't be all bad, though.

Perhaps one way to make Mordraug leave Legolas alone would be to convince him Legolas is paralysed? Mirkwood probably wouldn't accept a crippled king. Of course, it would mean Legolas has to believe it as well - more angst!

Jay

Author Reply: That's a most interesting idea. The elves of Mirkwood love their youngest prince, but whether they would think him capable of ruling them, if he was paralyzed, is subject to speculation. There will be more angst, you can be sure. :o)
