Oh, lovely! Each word so carefully chosen and measured, and contributing to the whole. I loved how you never gave us the characters' names, but wrote this so well that we knew. It could be no others. This was beautifully written. Author Reply: Hi! Thanks for your lovely review:) I'm really glad to hear the characters came out without being named. Thanks again for reading and taking the time out to review. Cheers, Acacea

Hi again, Acacea! I apologize for using the review section to answer your question, but it was the best way I could think of to contact you. Yes, I did finish and post my first drabble. It's called The Stone Tree. You're right, drabbbles are very fun to write --- challenging, but fun. I hope you write more drabbles in the future, I would love to read them! LKK

A beautiful drabble, Acacea, very lovely. And inspiring --- the beauty of your drabble inspired me to attempt my first drabble. It's harder than it seems! Now, I have an even greater appreciation for what you've accomplished in this wonderful piece. LKK Author Reply: Hi LLK, Thanks a lot for the feedback. I'm delighted that you liked it so much, and that you found it inspiring:) Have you posted your drabble yet? It's a little hard at first, but it's also a lot of fun!

He spoke with happiness, or so she liked to think later. I think I asked you once before about this line, Acacea. I demand an answer, for it is so poignant. It makes this drabble. Why is Eowyn uncertain about whether or not Faramir spoke of happiness? I love this. You know that. Author Reply: Thank you for loving it:) Yes you did ask me about that line when I first posted the drabble. It's one of the firts lines I wrote and it pretty much wrote itself in, so it was only when you asked that I really thought about why it came out like that. Eowyn's not uncertain. She doesn't relaise it during the conversation per se, because they're busy talking, but she does realise later when she thinks back to this moment, that Faramir is happy now. And he's happy because he's with her, and is planning a future that involves them being together. She likes to think she's the cause of his happiness and contentment. This was supposed to be a longer story. I got lazy.:)

This is lovely. What a calm, gentle moment. Author Reply: Thanks Shirebound:) I'm glad to hear the sense of calmness came through. It seemed a fitting way to depict Faramir and Eowyn's relationship
