I really enjoyed reading this story- entertaining and interesting without being too dramatic. I love the way you portrayed and developed the characters. I'm thinking of writing a story about Celebrķan's childhood, and reading your stories really helps.

I was very late finding this story. Very well done! I really liked the twins Elladan and Elrohir. You made them distinct and interesting characters. Elrond and Celebrian were also excellent characters. It was a fun immersive read with many genuinely moving moments. I greatly enjoyed your story!

This is most likely sheer coincidence, but Elrohir is exactly like me, and Elladan is exactly like my little brother

I love your writing so much! This story was beautifully written, the twins definitely don't get enough attention in lotr fanfiction. I look forward to reading more of your stories!

Awwwww, the eagle was a great gift!! (Although I wish we'd found out more about the original). Good like Elrohir -- I do like him a lot.

Elrond can skip stones!! A great skill, I agree with Elladan :) I like this series -- especially the more fun, positive stories. It's nice to think Elrond got to spend a great deal of time with his elflings during the time of peace. You have a fine concept of writing family tales!

Very cute story! I like to read about Elrond and the twins, you write him as a wonderful father. The difference in the twins personalities was a good touch too -- showing that they ARE very different. Thank you (and on to the next chapter).

This was lovely, not just to read about the Imladris family, but also the Istari, and of course the Lothlorien lot! The bit that made me giggle was Elladan reciting every bad word he knew. Each chapter introduction made me slightly melancholy - Elrond packing to leave Middle-Earth ... forever. It seems so much longer when you remember that they *do* have forever, so it always seems to me that they must feel so much more than we do - if that makes sense? Thank you again.

I haven't reviewed this story yet? I suck then, because your story kicks ass. I especially like the way you create real differences between the twins.
