| Please finish this story as its among the funniest I have ever read! Its wonderful and all the personalities! Erenion makes me think of dr Jekyll and Mr Hide- on one side the noble cunning king and the other a young man "helping" his hilarious friends in the matchmaking of Elrond and Celwbrian.Glorfindel is such a blonde oaf, I love him!Theyre so childish all the males😂Sometimes I ( maybe due to that english is not my native)language)get confused in the conversations and quick hints , black mail and secrets between the characters. But it doesnt matter, its all good.Elrond ! Just spit it out you fool! And Celebrian the same goeS for you! But if they did it wouldnt be any story would it!😂Write more😃 | |

| You MUST, I repeat MUST finish this awesome story! I've read it over 6 times now and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I roleplay at a site named Tol Eressea and I play as Celebrian there... And I have found much inspiration on how to "behave" like Celebrian through your story! From all the stories I've read, you are the one that translates her to a character best!!! | Hi Dragon It is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that you finish this story!!!!! Quite seriously, it is one of the best comedy fanfics I've read - and since my major is English I should at least know something about writing. Your style is fluid, simple and yet delightfully hilarious. Obviously a lot of effort has gone into this piece. | Aha! His High Kingly-ness seems to have finally caught the right end of the dastardly plot or is it Galadriel's most cunning plan? Will Gil-Galad manage to protect himself from her wiles, will he end up skewered on his own banner wielded by an infuriated, jealous and tongue-tied herald or will he shish-kebob Glorfindel on Aiglos in sheer and utter frustration? Will Imladris ever recover and be the haven of peace it was before they all descended on it? This tale is rapidly gaining the dizzy heights of the old silent movie farce The Keystone Cops and I think that so far Galadriel has to be the winner at keeping her head whilst everyone around her is losing what little wits and sanity they all had before Celebrian's arrival. In Glorfindel's case of course, the mighty reconstituted Elf Lord's habitual behaviour seems to go from the sublime to the ridiculous in mere seconds, with the unfortunate and hapless Haldir running a close second and the solid, constantly horrified, bemused and enraged figure of Celeborn bringing up the rear, probably with a very sharp sword. Celebrian reminds me strongly of Penelope Pitstop in the Dastardly and Muttley cartoons and all we need is for Cirdan to turn up twirling his mustaches with a diamond twinkling in his teeth, a sniggering dog and the scene will be complete. Dragon, you are a treasure. I haven't laughed so much at a fanfic since Bagenders. Your characterisations are gems, your descriptions are hilarious and I can only hope that eventually you will be a best selling novelist or award winning scriptwriter! The scene where Haldir launches himself at Elrond with Glorfindel hanging on his heels will live with me forever. I will not be able to watch either of the movies or read the part in the book about Haldir without visualising that now. Happy birthday and many more.....and for Eru's sake do not stop writing! | |
