Kielle, you write splendidly :) That was a lovely short story. The glimpse into the young lives of Théoden, Imrahil and Finduilas in Dol Amroth is so tangible. I really do love the way you show them all interacting believably as siblings and close relatives, it really endeared the characters to me (I have three siblings and it reminded me of our summer trips to the ocean to see our cousins :). Keep the good work coming!
Just a few notes on the timeline and various other canonical snippets; Fengel died in T.A. 2953, not T.A. 2963 (that was when Théodwyn was born in Rohan); Théoden had one older sister, yes, but he also had two younger sisters between himself and Théodwyn; Morwen’s father was descended from one of the princes of Dol Amroth, so Théoden and Imrahil and Finduilas et al. were distantly related through the line of the Prince, not the line of the Steward; Morwen’s father left Dol Amroth for Lossarnach, so very likely she lived there, but, you’re right, there is no saying that she didn’t move back to Dol Amroth, all it says is that they lived in Gondor and continued to use the speech of Gondor in their home in Rohan.
