| I am so glad you are collecting these gems and stringing them together in a necklace that all can enjoy. I had misssed "The Song" and it was so beautiful. The image of Frodo resting while the Elves sang... That they were able to sing because of what Frodo and Sam did... All of these were lovely. Author Reply: Thank you, Budgie! "The Song" made me very happy to write -- I'd like to imagine just such a scene really happening, and the Elves (or The Music itself?) singing Frodo to sleep. | |

| Oh, shirebound, loved all of these but the last two are simply beautiful! The one entitled Sam's Cloak brought tear to my eyes as I read it. Surprisingly, I was not one of those who thought they heard Frodo whisper to Sam "I love you" at the end of ROTK but honestly I would not have mind hearing it after seeing Frodo kiss Sam - that is if no one ruined the moment by saying something crude as some people just do not grasp the concept of true love and friendship without twisting it into something it is NOT! Anyway, brava on these little ficlets and I look forward to seeing more of "Mind To Mind"... Author Reply: Thanks, Amy! And gosh, I'm just bowled over by the response to "Mind to Mind".
