Back again. ^_^ Interesting world you've created, in which only women with the blackest hearts, or no hearts, get to be with him! We really must do something about that. ;) Author Reply: Back again, myself. :) I know, I know. Partly it's story related - this whole thing started as a "hero's journey" tale, and you *have* to have a wicked, Jungian woman in those. Partly, of course, because I don't want Boromir to find happiness with anyone but Aragorn, in my heart of hearts. Poor Boromir.

Oh, and I have to leave now! The suspense!! :D Boromir and a marsh-wiggle; what a combination. And Morby totally deserves a fine sword! Author Reply: Boromir and Puddleglum - my two heartthrobs... who could resist. ;) Now if I could figure out how to get Mr. Darcy and Sharpe in there. Now *that* would be a crossover.

Yes, Puddleglum is a huge part of why I love "The Silver Chair." My own favorite Narnian would be Eustace, who could have coauthored Harry Stein's book, "How I Accidentally Joined the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy (And Found Inner Peace)" ^_^ Author Reply: :) Yes, I always loved Eustace - gives us all hope for redemption! But Puddleglum was always my favorite. If they do continue with the series of Narnia movies, it will be interesting to see who plays the wiggle.

"Many wigwams like that in which they [Eustace and Jill] had passed the night could be seen dotted about, but all at a good distance from one another; for Marsh-wiggles are people who like privacy." ^_^ I do apologize for my long absence. Life, you know. XD Who else are they going to meet? I can't wait to find out! Personally I don't think you're being AU. Canon says no one else took the whole entire journey with him, but to think he met absolutely nobody on the way? Mmm, I loves baked appleses in any form! : ) Author Reply: Life, you know. Boy, do I know. ;) It's eating me for lunch right about now. I appreciate your comments about canon - that's kind of my attitude, but some people are so serious about it, it's sort of a defense mechanism. And I do so love the idea of marshwiggles in ME. There are other meetings in the offing, but no other Narnia crossovers. :waves:

If I were bruised and beaten, I'd want to stay with them too. :) I don't remember the three dogs or the weasel! Author Reply: The three dogs and the weasel was just a tease. Maybe I'll write it someday. :)

Reread this one too. :) I'm almost as sad as he is about the horse... I was unspeakably grateful to JRRT for bringing Bill back! Author Reply: I know, I love Bill. Don't know if you've seen this one, but it tells what happened to the horse Wedding Gift

I love it! They'll take care of him. :) I have a feeling this is only the beginning of the "strangeness!" Author Reply: I have a feeling this is only the beginning of the "strangeness!" Oh, yeah. That's the beauty of fic - you can be as weird as you want. :)

Really?? I can't imagine not enjoying the process of reading, just wanting to be DONE! XD What do they do? There'll never be an End of All Books! Right now I'm reading this chapter again since I forgot how it went... it WAS four whole days ago! XD Author Reply: I'm the same way - the longer, the better, as far as I'm concerned (as long as it's a good story).

Yay, twelve whole chapters! :) Author Reply: *BG* I'm afraid that the more common reaction is "omg, *12*?! #%^# chapters....?" ;)

I very much enjoyed your story Not to Beg Any Boon. I especially enjoyed Quill, who is a tribute to Lewis' Marshwiggles. I would love to see more of your work. Bravo. Author Reply: Thanks very much. I'm glad you liked Quill -- I couldn't resist having Boromir encounter a cousin of my favorite Lewis character. Most of my stuff is here at Arda. Here's a link to one called All Hallows Eve that isn't archived here, because it involves real people as characters. If you don't object to that, and if you like Lewis, you might enjoy it: Part 1 Part 2 Author Reply: Oops... last link didn't work. Part 2 hope that does...
