My Dear Bandobras  by Le Rouret 4 Review(s)
DuchessReviewed Chapter: 9 on 8/6/2004
LOL Legolas is obviously so good with children he truly needs to have a few of his own. *vbg*

It is quite obvious to me that Bandobras gets the most honest (and plaintive) of missives from his master than any the Elf sends out. *sigh*

I look forward to seeing what happens when the visitors come to call. :)

Legolas - just find your heart's desire, get married and stop fighting. You come over as someone who is in desperate need of elflings. Lots of elflings. Give in to it!

Legolas is right--after this girl, it'll be another one, and then another one, ad infinitum. It'll just be a contest of who gets worn down first, Legolas or his parents. It's too bad that Bandy can't come to Ithilien yet. And this meeting with Cirdan and his people seems like it has potential for trouble and wacky marriage-avoidance hijinks.

I like the image of Legolas playing with that doll house. Hee! And I am relieved that he was just putting off his parents again, with the mastery of a prince trained in diplomacy. And not even those dratted lapels could sway him. Excellent.
