| Awesome story! Loved it, I cried quite a few times too. Really well written, I can't even list all the little things I loved in it...funny, how towards the end I WAS thinking: "Sooo...is he going to get married now?"! Anyway, keep writting, you have talent in this! It's so annoying when people suddenly start criticizing every little thing about...well, not just fan fiction, anything really. Seriously, let it be... (I myself regret how bad my opinion of the LotR movies was because they didn't stick to the books) I can imagine Legolas being so sad about leaving his friends...I myself moved from another country 3 years ago. I miss that place soooooo much! But I know that all the people I knew are still alive...at least, the majority of them. | |

| You worked the metaphor through nicely here, Faith. Legolas past crumbles. That doesn't mean it goes away. Just that he can't cling to it with such pain and determination that it keeps him from going on with his life and learning to be happy again.
