| Hullo, Noldo-- I was going to review this at HASA, but, lo, the story is here! At least that servant had the decency to hesitate before obeying Denethor (unlike those two servants in the book who rush forward to help their lord immolate himself and his son). Yay, Beregond! So he saves both his lord and Faramir. Gandalf’s eyebrow quirked oddly – he stared as Denethor almost as if he had seen a ghost. Is Gandalf reminded of the voice of Sauron when Denethor says this?
