I hope they help Frodo - I really do. *sigh*. Sorry about the late review ST but RL impedes again! However it has given me a chance to re-read, and delight in, the other two stories. I also re-read the reviews for them. Have I missed the story about the mysterious correspondance between Aragorn and Faramir or is it still in the pending pile? *nudge, nudge, waggles eyebrows and grins*

Author Reply: Thank you harrowcat for your support! I'm very happy that you enjoyed this addition to the Star-verse and very honored that you re-read the others! That is a wonderful compliment. :) Do you mean the mysterious correspondence in "Upon the Wings of an Eagle"? Because I haven't written anything on that! It is definitely still in the pending pile but thanks for giving me a nudge! I will definitely think on it but no promises - the hobbit plotbunnies are stronger than the man ones! :D

Pippin is just so sweet-natured. How can anyone not love him?

Such a bittersweet time for poor Frodo ... he cannot feel the joy of Pippin's stars, yet he _can_ feel the relief in knowing that he will be able to look up and see them wherever he may be. This would bring some relief and peace to the troubled Ring-bearer as he contemplates leaving Middle-earth forever ... and some peace of mind to Pippin as well perhaps at a later time. Both cousins can look up at those two stars wherever they are and feel reassured and wonder if the other is looking up at that moment too.

(goes in search of the rest of the Star series)

Author Reply: I don't know how anyone cannot love Pippin, because I absolutely adore him!

Thanks so much for your lovely comments, you touched on everything I'd hoped would come across with this ficlet! I definitely wanted to show that even if the stars could not help Frodo as they did Pippin and Merry, he would still find some solace through them and be able to watch those stars even after he sails West. I'm so glad you enjoyed. Thank you Elemmírë :)

Hoping to hide the doubt he felt, Pippin smiled. “Are you certain, Frodo? I just know that my stars wouldn’t mind.”

Aw, sweet little Pippin! I love your Star Universe :)

Author Reply: Pippin is a very giving, generous person, and I'm sure he would have done all that he could to try and help Frodo. I'm so glad you've enjoyed the Star-verse. Thank you so much, Andrea! :)

This is wonderful ST! I love the tone of this, it is so calm and companionable, and sad and hopeful and filled with love...I can visualise it perfectly. It is really, truly, lovely. I love your Starverse!

Author Reply: Thanks, dear! I'm so glad you enjoyed this. I've been wanting to write again in the Star-verse but I hadn't had any ideas so I was very happy that Gryffinjack requested this! I love your comments above, I'm so grateful that you found it to be all those things! :)
