LOL! Too funny! Poor little Pip! :)
God bless,

Author Reply: Belated thanks for stopping by and leaving a good word!

Oh dear! Putting ideas into Paladin and Odovacar's heads! Not a good thing.

Estella makes a very glittery bride - and binding the groom to make him co-operative isn't a bad idea. I love his claim that Estella is now married to Mentha since she did the talking.

Author Reply: Hmmm. Binding the groom. I wonder if it's a new concept? No, probably not.

This is too precious, Lin :) :) Absolutely wonderful and adorable. Who better than Pip, especially when he has these sisters who are used to using him for such occations. Bravo! MEWD!!!

Author Reply: Yes, the new baby brother must have seemed something like a living doll to the three sisters. I wonder how old he was when he finally learned to walk!

ROTFLOL!!! Oh my goodness!! I've tears streaming thanks to laughing so hard over this. You didn't happen across little ones playing wedding, did you? It's just...This is *so* perfect!! Right down to the lasses dripping in jewels from their Mum's jewelry boxes and poor Pippin being forced to be the Groom...*snicker*!!

This was just too delightful for words. Thanks for sharing!! :o)

Author Reply: LOL, how'd you guess? Except that I was one of the... um... perpetrators. Many years ago. Still brings a smile. *g*

This is delightful! Poor Pippin! *giggles*

I especially love that the parents stood around and watched. :D

Author Reply: Yes, and if they'd had cameras likely they'd have snapped a pic before breaking up the fun. *g*

Pippin and.....Estella???!!!!? *snort* *grin* Erm...perhaps the genealogies have got it wrong! I love all the reactions, especially of the adults.

For the record I would definitely have been wanting to run with the lads. I hated playing with dollies and dressing up.

Author Reply: Um, yes, in my first long story, "Jewels", I sort of mixed up the couples before I put them together properly again. So Dana has got a Pippin-and-Estella fixation and she loves it when I write the two of them together. *g*

I was a tomboy myself, so I well remember the feeling.

That was simply adorable! I'm still giggling at poor little Pippin!

Author Reply: Thanks! Even dh snorked when he read this, and that's high praise coming from him.

"until I've drunk the last drop in the cup, and no more days remain to me"... fine words, indeed! and Bilbo and the goblins....delightful! poor little guy. Outnumbered. Give him another 15-20 years and he won't think lasses are so bad. This is hilarious.

Author Reply: Poor Pippin, he's likely to regard lasses with suspicion for some time to come.

LarnerReviewed Chapter: 19 on 8/13/2006
You have me just about rolling with this one! Oh, how wonderful! Poor Pippin, stuck with a scene like this one. Estella as the bride, and all the borrowed jewelry....

Lovely laughs here.

Author Reply: LOL, it makes me smile to think of it.

Glad to see you back! Are your computer woes being sorted out? (Nasty hackers. Should be hung by their thumbs. Permanently.)

He was surrounded, and they were seizing him from all sides, and some of them had sharp claws, and he thought for a panicked moment of Bilbo and the goblins.

Poor Pippin! *giggles*

Author Reply: Poor little lad. Bet it took him a long time to live this one down. Can't you hear Eglantine telling the story over tea...?
