Though I admit I love a lot about the scene PJ filmed, though in some respects I wish it could have been more like the book, though I admit I do love the part where everyone bows down to the hobbits a great deal (so much so that this scene never fails to move me to tears)... | Thank you for restoring Faramir to the coronation scene, as the Steward! I still don't care for Gimli's bearing the crown to Aragorn, but I guess there's no way around it, since that's how it played in the movie. I still don't care for Gimli's bearing the crown to Aragorn, but I guess there's no way around it, since that's how it played in the movie. *smiles* You're welcome - I love the movie but certain things did bother me about the scene - Faramir's absence in the ceremony being one of them. I also didn't really like it that Frodo was not the one to carry the crown but since this was an expansion on the movie scene I had to include it as it happened on screen... Thanks for commenting! | |
