| Oh, this is just wonderful!! So sweet and aggravating and touching all at once. I was actually glad to see that you didn't cop out with the 'Sam doesn't wanna be in that stinky club anyway' route. Little boys DO want to be in clubs and WILL do hurtful things to get in them. The fact that Sam doesn't run right down and retrieve Drogo's lamp - while less sweet - is more plausible and makes for a lovely piece of reading. And I do love Frodo with a lass, although I'm not terribly popular in that opinion. But it is nice to see once in awhile. Great job on all of your characterizations and a really wonderful tale.
