| I wasn't expecting the lady to be who she was. You depicted teh grief of both of them well and kept the comforting respectable yet deeply meaningful. Nicely done. Author Reply: Thank you! I've always liked mysteries, hence the vagueness at first. I saw Haldir as closer to her because he was a higher guard, but I didn't want any physical interaction, because she is, after all, the Lady. I'm glad you noticed that! Thank you again. | |

| That was beautiful. It was hard not to read ahead to see who we were talking about. lol :) A mother's grief is a hard thing to do, and you wrote it well. Good job. Author Reply: Thank you very much! I'm not a mother; I've never even been in grief, so I just did the best I could. Hee, hee - I like mysteries. Thank you! | |

| I liked this. I think that, very often, we are so astounded at Galadriel's cool togetherness and might that we forget that she is a mother, and a mother who lost her child, at that. Author Reply: That's what I always thought, as well, and so I decided to write this. Celebrian was her only child, and to have something like that happen to her, well, I think that would have hurt Galadriel. She's an Elf, and I always saw them as emotional beings who try to cover up their feelings when they can, but sometimes let their guard down. This was one of those times. Author Reply: And thank you! | |
