For the Love of the Lord of the White Tree  by Legolass 3 Review(s)

Your story distracts me *g*... in the best of ways! So much to do and yet, when I see a new chapter of this story, I can't help but to drop everything and dedicate myself to reading it. Great plot to bring Aragorn' skills closer to Legolas. Keep up the good work!

Thank you - and I shall do my best to keep distracting you!

Very smart of Aragorn to approach Narum and the rest the way he did. And I loved the line:

Let my choices now not be ill, Aragorn begged of the Valar. Guide my feet to the right path, for I could not bear to lose the friend who has remained steadfast at my side on every path onto which I have strayed.

That is very much something Aragorn would say.

Now I'm interested to see how he plans to get Legolas out of that mess. And wondering if Sarambaq might recognize Aragorn ...

Will he? Hmmm....

Glad you approve of Aragorn's strategy and his prayer - thank you.

Oh, that was excellent. I love the way you have Aragorn overcoming his desperate concern for Legolas in order to maneuver himself into a position to help. The way his anguish increases when he gets there is heartwrenching, and that last bit with the verbal lifeline...Wow. Can't wait for the next. TF

Thank you, TF. It amazes me that I often worry about how readers will react to a chapter and then find that someone likes it - so thank you!

I am actually a little nervous about someone who's going to take me apart for canonical inaccuracies, names, etc. Dangerous business, writing fanfic...
