Yes, the love of surrounding friends does help...surrounded by darkness but surrounded also by light...

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

you do not give up on me, Strider! That is the one lesson Sam taught me as well :)

I hear in his words a bit before this the echoes of Aragorn's rousing speech at the Black Gate - "But it will not be this day." Frodo's not ready to give up yet. More power to him. Lady Galadriel was indeed right that even the smallest person can change things.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Oh I could just see Sam trotting off and giving Aragorn an earful on how Frodo should be treated! And being horrified later but still not taking any of it back. :)

Namarie, God bless, Antane

Dear Girlofring,
I really love this story, and I hope you decide to update really soon.
I first started to read this story about a month ago...forgot the link then emailed my friend Katie(though we have the same name..lol) for the link yesterday..lol
I really love the relationship between Frodo & Aragorn. I'm also actually hopeing for some more Frodo injury angst..I know, I know I am so evil. ;) cant help it.So make him hurt...but heal him up all good later on!lol
Looking forward to the next update.
your new fan,
~Katie-Autumn

Please be so kind as to inform us, the poor unsuspecting readers, when you base your fan fic on the movie rather than the books. Thank you.

Are you going to continue this? I, for one, find the idea of turning the tables on Aragorn and Frodo (as healer/patient, protector/protected)intriguing.

Chapter two seems to be experiencing technical difficulties, though: a paragraph just after Aragorn realizes that Frodo is afraid of Shelob has been moved all the way down to the bottom of the page...rather confusing, actually.

Hope to see more of this story!
