very touching, with a tone of bittersweet that pulls at your heart. wonderful imagery, your descriptions of emotion had such clarity i could feel the Joy myself. Frodo singing at the end was a lovely touch. Author Reply: Thank you for such a kind review! I've always imagined Frodo to be far more grateful and even filled with Joy than depressed by darkness... I'm glad you could feel some of that Joy: it means I actually succeeded. :) Blessings, Eruanna

I second Amariel's comments. This was beautifully, poetically written with the stong feeling of a distant place. You express the lady's deep emotion with such a delicate touch, then the image of Frodo at the end tugs at the heart. Just lovely. ~TF Author Reply: I'm glad you enjoyed this, and thank you for such a lovely comment! It means more than I can say. Blessings, Eruanna

Beautiful writing...there is in it that other-worldly quality that few other writers I've read have been able to reproduce so vividly and convincingly. It even out-tolkiens Tolkien, I think, and yet there is the heart too, which provides a strong foundation under all. You've a gift like few others, and have learned to use it well. blessings Armariel~~~{~@ Author Reply: Wow! *blushes furiously* I think I'm going to die of happiness from such extravagant praise. :) And now I don't know what to say. Well, except that I think you have an amazing grasp of the other-worldly and the depths of the heart yourself. 'Praise from the praiseworthy,' as Faramir would say. Thank you. Blessings, Eruanna
