This was a wonderful one chapter story. You do as great a job of portraying Aragorn as you do of portraying your other characters that you obviously love best(Eomer and Eowyn) and I would love to see more stories featuring him. Okay, so he's my favorite but that's beside the point! :) I loved all of Aragorn's thoughts and feelings as he walked through the city and as he worked on Faramir, etc. It was nicely done. Author Reply: I'm glad you thought Aragorn turned out well... I'm not used to writing him, or at least not his point of view. If he hadn't been unconscious at the time, I probably would have ended up writing if from Faramir's perspective, because I'm much more comfortable writing him. :D I'm trying to start branching out from my three main characters though, so that was very encouraging, thank you. :)

That's a marvelous blend of book and movie. I especially like Aragorn unconsciously touching his gauntlets as he thinks of Boromir. Author Reply: I was trying to keep this as close to the style of what the director probably would have done with this as I could (without making the Prof roll over in his grave), and that seemed like the kind of touch he'd throw in there. Thanks for reading it! :)
