| Poor Merry! His heartbreak when Frodo left must have been so difficult--knowing that he had to let his beloved brother-cousin go, for his own good, and yet still missing him so much. Author Reply: Yes. I think that must have been very, very hard for him, for all of them, to see hiim go. And it's not the first time Frodo's left Merry behind either. | |
