| Certainly, one of the funniest stories I've read! I can just picture the two of them. Oh, I'm sure you meant "vial" for the glass bottle of medicine although equally sure that the Kig would say it was quite vile! Excellent! Thank you for sharing it with others. Author Reply: Hi! | wow. What an emotional rollercoaster, this chapter is. First come the hilarious highjinks of elf and kig, then the feel of sweet love, followed by the bitter knowledge of doom foretold, ending with wisdom for the ages. All flowing effortlessly. A wonderfully written chapter! | |

| A sick human is definitely no match for a peeved elf, even if the human is The Kig. Although apparently a peeved elf is no match for an elderly human healer! (I never would have thought that.) | Oh! I just noticed the chapter title while starting this review! Too funny. Anyways.... I guess this is going to turn out to an Alternate Universe story, right? There's no way Legolas is going to let him live until the death Tolkien wrote about after the incident with the medicine. ;-) Loved the line about the guards recognizing Arwen as the true authority in the room. | Awww... I don't think it's terribly fair of Arwen to scold both Aragorn AND Legolas. After all, Legolas has every right to be annoyed. He's had to put up with Gondor's absolute worst patient for the last 3 days. I've heard it said that doctors make the worst patients. I guess that's true for healers as well, eh? Love this story & can't wait to read the next chapter. :-) | |
