This is just beautiful! You do a wonderful job with the words you use, and create a rhythm and an atmosphere that are haunting and full of feeling. And in poetry no less (;-) I just see poetry more difficult to write). great job! mon Author Reply: Thanks for your encouraging review. I'm glad you enjoyed my poem. I agree with you, poetry is a challenge, but can be well worth the effort when it all comes together. Thanks, Wordweaver

A beautiful ballad! You incorporate a wonderful twisting of words in a lyrical labyrinth not many can acheive. I've read on this site for a long time, but you are the first I have ever felt the urge to review because of the sheer quality of your work. I must say, I love how you exemplify Aragorn's pain and guilt at leaving Éowyn. Now, I must be off to devour whatever else you've written. Keep writing! : ) Author Reply: I'm flattered that you chose my ballad as the first work you felt compelled to review here. That's very high praise, and I'm grateful that you took the time to express it. It always means a great deal to me to hear that the words which moved my heart to create have also moved the hearts of others. Thanks so much, Wordweaver
