Bravo! How wonderful of dear Gandalf to give Pippin a Dragon-fly of his very own.

A smile on a gloomy day :-)

What a sweet tale! I love Pippin's inventions and all the thought he put into them and how serious he was about it and Gandalf's gift to him.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

I, too, suspect that the move would be to rejection, but it's still wonderful the innovations that Pippin has suggested. But the unicorn's horn to hold a feedbag? Hilarious!

What a wonderful and vivid imagination. I am glad that Bilbo quelled the snickers. And I love the crackers.

Author Reply: Yes, he does have a very vivid imagination, and I like to imagine that all our lad do. :-) Lads will be lads -- and being the youngest, I'm sure Pippin drew the most snickers from his cousins just by being himself, lol. Thank you -- and thank you for reading!
