| This is an absolutely beautiful story! I'm a lover of history, and I find the use of Old English for this fic particularly appropriate and effective, as it enriches the sense of history and lost culture. | I love these! I am so impressed by the history you've shown here in a series of drabbles. I love the ring and the idea of it and their songs being passed down as they were and Pippin's reaction to it. And of course, being a big fan of Mirkwood, I love the connection between it and the hobbits as you described it. I shall go look up Moonlight. And I loved the Harper's Lament.
