| AhahahahaHA. I wonder what Eowyn would think if she knew she was being used to get little Hobbit children to eat their vegetables! Author Reply: If I remember correctly, this was inspired by a night when I had to convince my nieces to eat their veggies. I think I actually used Harry Potter as an example ("Do you seriously think that he could defeat Voldemort with a stomach full of cookies?"), but that was easily changed into Eowyn. Nice and silly. :) | |

| funny, I was just reading in a "scholarly work" about the sources C.S. Lewis and Tolkien drew upon for their works. We were deep in Arthurian tales not so long ago, but we seem to have moved on to Robin Hood for the present. | |
