Two Frodos of the Shire--one just accepting life, the other re-accepting it and finding himself anew.

What a beautiful chapter! I love to imagine that after our remarkable Frodo Baggins left the Shire, there was always a Frodo there, even if not by the name of Baggins. And I like this especially:

Lady Galadriel has been such a great help. She has been one of those who have held me and I felt like a child in his mother’s arms.

I can't say why, it's just...I've read so many fics about Galadriel, and while it's true that she really messed up, it's rather humbling. It's silly, but when you have a pen name like that, it's like you share something with that character in a sense. Can't wait for more!
God bless,
Galadriel

'I have confidence that when you come, you will not see the same person you left on the shore, instead it will be the one I feared so greatly would never exist again, Frodo of the Shire, not Frodo of the Nine Fingers or the Ring-bearer, but simply your Frodo.'

I don't doubt that one bit. When Sam arrives there, he will see his master just as he was before the Ring and the Quest. And that sweet, how Frodo-lad has Frodo's eyes. :)
The healing process goes not for only for Frodo and Sam, but you add Galadriel. Three sides of the healing triangle, I suppose.

I am constantly amazed and in total awe at how well you manage and portray Frodo and Sam's journey to healing. And now you add Galadriel. But she has come to peace with it all and with herself. You are so right - the path to peace goes through the sorrow and pain and not around it.
