| First, sorry for the blank review there. Drat! I *would* press post before I meant to and send you a "dud," if you will. For some reason this chapter shows the love Frodo has for Sam more than any other chapter in this story, or perhaps even in this saga. Larner's expression of "dearer than brother" comes to mind. It's wonderful to see Frodo in such happy anticipation of his Sam's coming. God bless, Galadriel | |

| Enjoy your life, my Sam, the one your sacrifices on the Quest made possible. I liked this and it rings true. It made me wonder what Sam's life inthe Shire would have been like without the quest of the Ring. Much the same I might guess but without the depth of some friendships and certainly without the wider experience to so appreciate what he has. | |
