Love Letters  by Antane 4 Review(s)

A joyful coming to terms with himself.

Wow! How interesting, Antane. I think this is perfect, and with your alterations seems quite Elvish. And Frodo's joy on receiving such an honour is almost palpable.
God bless,
Galadriel

Great stuff Antane and such good timing. I have just got back from leading the first session for 43 young people who are exploring their desire to be Confirmed. We split it up, as I am sure you know, but your way is more logical and that is what we do for adults like Frodo!

Author Reply: Hannon le, harrowcat! Maybe one day I'll write an essay entitled "How Frodo Baggins Made Me a Better Catholic". I've enjoyed writing his spiritual journey and I'm glad it's been so well received. I would add to necessary things for someone to have - a good spiritual director/confessor.

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Yes, this greatly reminds me of Baptism and Holy Communion. I don't doubt that Frodo is a child of Eru, a servant who destroyed the Evil and holder of the Light. I love this story/saga.
