The mutual seeking to reassure is wonderful, Antane.

Sorry I haven't reviewed more, but until today I could read but not respond for a while. Hopefully that is now fixed. Hate computer problems!

Author Reply: Hannon le, Larner! I am glad you are continuing to enjoy!

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

The
babe’s name is Holfast. He is beautiful, with large, round eyes and a small tuft of sandy brown hair already on his head and the softest down on his feet.

Aww, so cute! :)

I still don’t believe I did anything more than what I set out to do, but though I can win arguments with you, dear, I never
can with her. She believes what she believes and I don’t even want to argue with all that love I see in her eyes for me, for her son and now her grandson.

Just precious! I can so see Sam and Rose having a friendly argument, then Sam looking into her eyes and letting her win. :)

So to that end, I continue my daily, selfish begging
to Iluvatar that I will see you one day on these shores, that you will come to the home that is just waiting for you and you will come to know our Creator
as well.

Now come, Frodo. Even when I try to see it through your eyes I can't think you selfish for wishing that. I would want that too.

“Eru delights in giving His children gifts,” he said. “And since Sam is
one of His greatest to you, don’t doubt that He will rejoin the two halves of the soul that you and Sam have long shared."

That is my favourite line-there is such truth and sweetness and beauty in it!

Oh, I do hope they get back together soon! I'm afraid now that I'll have to wait until August to see it, but I hope not.
God bless,
Galadriel
