Pride Goes Before a Fall...Or a Farmer's Dogs  by Elanor Silmariën 5 Review(s)
AntaneReviewed Chapter: 7 on 6/4/2006
"I want you both to know that living here has made me happier than I've been since my parents died," he began, then paused. "With the exception of Merry being born, of course. After talking with you, Uncle, I've realized that coming here isn't just a move across the Shire, but it should also be a move towards regaining the life I had before the accident. I've neer had better friends than you, Sam, and you Uncle Bilbo."

I must have missed this chapter somehow because I wasn't aware until now it had ended. Love the above, esp. the move towards regaining the life I had before the accident. He's learning joy again, the light we shall see later and I know those two, Sam and Bilbo, and Merry and soon Pippin, are the reasons for that. Best friends, forever, indeed!

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Frodo BagginsReviewed Chapter: 7 on 4/6/2006
Oh Ellie! I almost had to go for the tissue box on that one...and not for my allergies, either. That was beautiful. It is so hard to move, but it's a wonderful thing when the move means new oppurtunities. Glad you loved teenpact! The classe over here is in May, so no, I haven't gone yet. I'll turn sixteen while at Teenpact. That will be a cool birthday! :) ANyway, thanks for the warm wishes on the term paper! Namarie, mellon nin!
God Bless,
Frodo Baggins

Author Reply: *blush-again!* Thank you so much! Sixteen, exciting! Well, a very early happy birthday to you! When is it? Namarie, mellon nin!
God bless,
Ellie

A restitution of sorts, and an indication Frodo is beyond such childish things now. Lovely.
