| Another wonderful chapter! Diamond's dress sounds amazing and I could just imagine the way she and Pippin looked together. Lovely image! Author Reply: Thank you so much, GW :) I just thought, when I first wrote this, that it would be neat to have her look as distinctive as he would and that it would be a good balm to her old fears about her dresses. | |

| Persimmone Bolger = gormless bimbette. But spiteful. And focused. She is of the opinion that only she deserves social eminence. Diamond isn't all that secure - I'm sure that she will find said Persimmone difficult to deal with. Fortunately Pippin is tired of being seen as a rung on her ladder - and he's seen worse things than an ambitious hobbit lass. He might need the help of Rosie or Estella, though - he can't stick his sword in this enemy. Author Reply: Oh yes, Persimmone is focused if nothing else. No, a pity in a way, he can't run her through. Can't even deck her. But he does have a good support system ;) Glad you're sticking with this, Bodkin :) Thank you! | |
