It's really hard to leave a review for this, but I'll try. I was in suspense the entire time I read this piece! It's eerie, but it shows perfectly how the ring can corrupt and twist the most noble person. I felt Faramir's horror and revulsion, and yet his love for his brother never faltered. It's not often that I find a short story with so much strong emotion. Wow.

Author Reply: It scared me a bit when I wrote it too :) Maybe it is the first person narative.
Thanks so much, I'm glad it affected you :D

(I can't remember if I might have already reviewed this before somewhere else, but if I did, well, here's another.) This is very good, very well-written, and very chilling. I like where it ends, because I don't think I want to know what Boromir is going to do to Faramir.(Something ugly, no doubt, reeeeaal ugly.) "I will make you see." YOW! Poor Frodo is probably dead(!), and one can only imagine where the other members of the Fellowship are at that very moment...*shudder*

Author Reply: Yes, you had reviewed before on ff.net, but thanks so much for doing so again! And for being the first to review one of my fics here at SOA. 70 people have viewed by latest chapter of Twisted Fate here and not one has bothered to leave me a note, so thankyou :D

I've read it before (not sure if I reviewed though), and it's still amazing. I think it's a perfect AU, as I can't see it happening any other way. I *really* don't like him dying, but I'd rather he was dead than come back like this.

This is one of the best AUs I have ever read. Plausible, chilling, and charcaters that are true to their origin.
