| You killed two people within a four chapter story!! I'm impressed :-) I can't kill people easily. Poor Mel. I hope you continue her story! I'll have to look at you page for more Mel fiction. Author Reply: Yeah, I know *feels guilty* I've done that before in one of my novels, but I didn't have the heart to keep them dead, so I did a funky fantasy thing, and had them come back to life (don't you love fantasy?) | In the prequel to this I half-thought that Frodo and Mel were goingto fall in love and get married. I guess I was half right. They did love each other dearly. I'm sorry for Mel and Sam. I know they must miss Frodo awfully. Author Reply: I considered that, but nothing ever came of it. She was his very good friend though. They were almost as close as Frodo was with Sam. | Dying?!?! You're going to kill Frodo? Well, I suppose it had to happen some time. I just can't believe it. He seems like one of those characters that will never die, no matter what happens to him. | I enjoyed this Elanor. But it is so very sad! Perhaps you could add a re-union chapter. Author Reply: Glad you enjoyed! I was thinking about a re-union, but I really don't know if I could write one that isn't lame. | Goodness me, It took me this long to notice! Since I share your name there is another name that I recognized, clever! I practically fell off my seat when you (ahem) said that part about Frodo dying, I first thought, no! I had enough of that finishing a certain Inky book. But then, it turned into a lovely story, sad but *sigh* very, very sweet. I caught the Very good part you put in as a comfort to Sam. Hope others catch that too.
