Now, to heed that wisdom and find them before it is indeed too late.

Author Reply: Don't worry. They will go to find there friends. But there is one more delay yet to happen....
God Bless,
FrodoB

Oh, Halmir is such a dear! There he is frightened out of his wits and still wanting to help and protect Frodo. And Anna's there! YAY! Please send Aragorn and them soon!
God bless,
Ellie

Author Reply: He is such a dear. Though I have to credit QG for making his character, and giving me this little sweety to work with. :) Yes, faithful Anna is there. And Aragorn is comeing soon! I think...

Oh, Anna! What a good pup! Oh, I'm so glad! Now they have some protection and someone to keep them company and help them stay calm till the others find them.

And oh, poor Frodo! Rain, cold, fever too I'm guessing, and grief...this is not good. They really *will* need a residential healer now. Merry's badly hurt and Frodo will be overwrought. I hope Halmir is all right when all is over. The motherly part of me tells me that this isn't good for one just recovering as he is.

Halmir seemed to hear, or feel, rather, a gentle whisper. "Let him know that you are near. Show him that there is yet hope. Give him cause to see the dawn."
Halmir lifted his head. That was the answer, and he had known it all along. Halmir had not long to wait for an oppurtunity to carry out the gentle suggestion.
Frodo woke with a start and a stifled cry moments later. He looked at Halmir, and then at Merry's body. Frodo sunk back down with a groan, but Halmir was
their to offer a comforting embrace. He didn't say anything. Halmir knew that in times of such great grief, words were empty and meaningless. So Halmir
wrapped his arms around Frodo and held him like he would his frightened little sister. Frodo returned the embrace greatfully and silent tears slid down
his hot cheeks.

Oh, this is so gentle and loving. *hugs them all, Anna included*

And thank you thank you thank you for a little relief from the torturous cliffhangers! LOL! There's still lots of suspense, to be sure, but at least things are beginning to come together and there will be a search party on the way soon enough. Then lots of h/c, right? :)
God bless,
Galadriel

Author Reply: *Anna licks you and wags tail* Anna says thanks! LOL! I couldn't resist putting her in there. :) It seems like something my Annie would do(I dreamed about her last night).
I know why you mentioned Frodo. It's because of what I said to on the phone to you the other night, isn't it? Well, I talked to you and so it dosen't count. It will only get worse for him.
Your maternal instinct never fails, my dear. *knowing smile that only authors can have, though you know what it is*
Hannon le! I hoped I hadn't butchered that scene. I was tired, emotional wreck, as I am now. So I hope the chapter I'm about to post will turn out.
Must go. Namarie, melinyel!
God Bless, Frodo Baggins
Post Script: Where is Pippin? No one's mentioned him either, and he didn't just leave Middle Earth to go vanishing into space. :) Don't worry, though, because I'm not that good at Pippin h/c. :)
