A Healer of Hearts  by Frodo Baggins 4 Review(s)
AntaneReviewed Chapter: 19 on 11/5/2006
Finally getting back to this story, sorry to be so late! The Hand of Iluvatar indeed it must have been. Love the ending of Aragorn sleeping in Merry's bed. :)

Namarie, God bless, my dear! Antane

Author Reply: *smiling to myself* I thought you would like that part about the hand of Iluvatar. There is no other way he could have been saved. I thought it would be comical to have a man have to sleep in a child size bed. That is one thing I have never had to have experience with. My legs are so short, I can fit almost anywhere, and definitely in any bed. Of course, the fact that I curl up helps a lot too. :)
Namarie,
God bless,
Frodo Baggins

A miracle indeed. Am proud of all of them, and glad Merry was spared.

Oh! Wow! That *is* a miracle! Only a broken arm, I never! But I'm worried for Frodo now. This comment sounds ominous:

Then a racking cough sounded from down the hall that stopped Sam dead in his tracks. It
was the first time Frodo had coughed, but he knew that it wouldn’t be the last.

Oh no. Pneumonia? Yes, they'll certainly need a residential healer, even if Merry can get along pretty well with his arm, and they'll know it by morning, if that's what he's got. Oh dear, and he's just come from Mordor too, where the air is none too kind to the lungs, you know.

But isn't it strange how when someone is sick or hurt, there are cozy, quiet times in spite of all the worry? I think that's why I love fics with lots of "healing" or h/c in them.
God bless,
Galadriel

Author Reply: *mischeivous grin* I told you so, QG. Did you actually think *I* could hurt my sweet Merry? Oh no, absolutely not. But the cliffhangers were ever so fun, and I do love (being on the giving end of) suspense. :)
Yes, it is the sweet comforting moments that make life so dear and remind us of what is really important in life. But I must go. Namarie, mell nin!

Author Reply: Oh, Hannon le, Katie! I just love your reviews. They always make me smile. ;) I wouldn't relax *just* yet, if I were you. But I'm not saying any more on the subject.*Baggins mischeivous grin* Merry is alright, thankfully. Now I am shocked at how everyone thought me capable of really truly hurting my Merry!
I'm so glad that you "love this story sooooo much". That really makes my day! *blushing a little*
Namarie!
God Bless,
Frodo Baggins
