Author Reply: All for the moment, but not all all. More to come as I find time to translate what's left. Hantanyel for all your kind reviews! Glad you have caught up and enjoyed!

Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

The image of the black pit each feels himself a fallen into is terrible, yet the Light is there for the both of them, giving both great hope.

A thoughtful chapter; and glad Sam is able to share this silently with Elanor.

Author Reply: Glad you enjoyed, dear Larner!

Sometimes all we can do is physically be there for someone. I am glad that Sam has learned to accept that comfort from Merry and Pippin.

Oh, pain! You'd think Frodo's parts of this would tear me up the most, because his is the greater suffering (maybe), but while they do break my heart, Sam's parts are always what are really gut-wrenchingly painful. To miss all those little things does hurt so much, I know. Sorry, I can't write more because I don't have the words...and I have homework still waiting for me.
God bless,
Galadriel

Author Reply: Well as we both know Sam-angst is harder to take than Frodo-angst. We know that happened, but the tale ends before we get to how much Sam must have suffered the loss of half of his heart and soul for so long and Merry and Pippin. They seem in the tale to have recovered very quickly but how could it be so?

Namarie, God bless, Melinyel, Antane :)
