Further Impressions  by Linda Hoyland 3 Review(s)

My older brother was unimpressed when I was born as small as I was--he thought a baby sister would be already able to sit up and pull myself to my feet and follow him about as his friend's baby sister did. Instead he got a small thing that couldn't even sit up yet!

A lovely look at the introduction between Boromir and his brother.

Perhaps he could have a puppy, too! After all they turn into playmates much more quickly than baby brothers.

Enjoy them both while you can, Finduilas.

Author Reply: Many thanks for your much appreciated comment.Perhaps Finduilas has a puppy waiting for Boromir too.

Awwwwwwww! L'il Boromir meeting his red-faced wrinkly newborn brother and deciding that little brothers could be fun. He'll probably be very impatient for Faramir to learn to crawl and later walk.

Nice characterisation of Finduilas; who has a mother's pride in her two jewels.

It was my first attempt at writing Finduilas,so I'm pleased you think it worked.
