I really enjoyed this, and I think it would be nice to see a few chapters from another point of view. But keep doing some from Eldarion's point of view, as well- it's an interesting viewpoint.

What a lovely reunion! I am so glad the Princess has found her true love thanks to Eldarion..This caring boy is very like his father !

What a lovely story - I have just read the whole lot in-between cooking and chores! Beautifully written with wonderful little details. Thanks. LBJ Author Reply: Thank you! I'm really glad you like it!

Oh, and by the way--I thought Eldarion's POV was just right. But I wouldn't say "no" to a glimpse into Seraphine's mind when she saw her long-lost husband! *grin*

*grin* I knew it! What a sweet reunion! I'm very glad that you made it quite straightforward, and didn't drag it out! Also, I just loved the image of Imrahil and Eldarion, sopping wet in the sand and tide as they tried to do the raking--that was adorable! Author Reply: And here I was, wondering whether I should have dragged it out more. But this little tale has been so fast-paced that it would have been stupid to make the reunion bit chapter long. I'm glad you like it! I quite enjoy the image of Imrahil hauling Aragorn's kid from the sea, myself. :)

Yep! *pleased grin* I was right! Author Reply: And now we get a fun chapter of backstory and exposition. I think. :)

Aha! Now we come to it! A bird of an oystercatcher who once was noble, now finds himself contemplating the finding of a great pearl he'd thought lost forever! Excellent!

Why, you cunning little author you. :o) I am so hoping that Jacoby is who I think he is from the reaction of him to Seraphine's name. I hope that is. I've come to love this character and after hearing about what happened to her in Harad...She deserves a Happily Ever After kind of a thing. At least I hope that's what is coming at the future clam bake. Loved the little Princess' innocent remark about how her Mother won't tell her about those strange reaction oysters can give to adults and poor Seraphine w/water in her mouth too. How is it that little ones always seem to have the timing to do that to us? ;o) Just one thing...Check your first paragraph m'dear. You've got them in Harad instead of Dol Amroth. Other than that....A very interesting chapter w/a promise of quite the clam bake coming up in the future. Can't wait to attend that little event myself. :o) Needless to say...I can't wait for the next chapter. :oD Author Reply: Oooops, that's what I get for typing too fast! Thanks for pointing out that typo; I'd have missed it otherwise.
