What a lovely story. I enjoy so much when Frodo or Sam gets to be taken care of by the other and appreciates it. It's so tender. Although I'm slash fan, I also love the fraternal, unconditional aspect of the relationship between Frodo and Sam. Author Reply: Thank you for enjoying! Lots more hobbity TLC to be found in my other stories too. :) Namarie, God bless, Antane

Spoiled indeed, our Frodo is. Author Reply: Isn't he? Lucky, lucky hobbit! :) Namarie, God bless, Antane

I don't know whether I am sneezing because I am catching Frodo's cold or because of the fluff Antane. *g* Author Reply: I hope it's just because of the fluff. :) Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

What a lovely and touching tale of two very close friends - I love how you portray Sam as being concerned over little things, such as the curtains beside the bed. Small things that most folks might not think of, but to Sam are more or less second nature. Frodo is indeed spoiled, as the title of this story goes - and is much the better hobbit for it. Sam is the kind of friend we would all like to have. Author Reply: Thank you for such a kind review! Sam is very attentive, isn't he? Love incarnate. Namarie, God bless, Antane :)

Awww! :) The elder hobbit could be as stubborn as any, but he knew when it came to his well-being, Sam could teach him a few things. Oh, how lucky Sam is to have managed to show Frodo that much. I wish and wish for that kind of fortune myself. *smiles* Frodo was very sorely put not to laugh at the incredulous expression that flashed across his dear friend’s face at that. They both well knew that the Master of Bag End had been on previous occasions out of bed much earlier than he should having been, having been found more than once, sneaking into the kitchen or even out to the garden. *grins* Cute! Frodo gave his friend a wide, innocent smile, that Sam well knew usually hid some mischief. *giggles* Yes, indeed. I still can't believe nothing came of it...but I suppose it doesn't mean it won't, does it? Oh no, I wouldn't *dream* of encouraging! *wink wink* This is so sweet, Antane! Thank you! :) God bless, Galadriel P.S. Have you gotten my e-mails? I've had some rather interesting and very annoying problems with it lately, but only with certain people (goodness only knows what's up; it *is* a computer after all), so I was just wondering... Author Reply: I wrote this awhile ago thinking I would find out why Frodo was acting like he had something up his sleeve but I never did. Maybe he just wanted to tease his Sam. I've resent the emails so I hope finally you have gotten them. Maybe Katie's demon went into your computer after it left her? Have you had it exorcised? :) Namarie, God bless, Melinyel, Antane :)

He protested all the fussing as he felt he should, but actually he loved being spoiled by Sam. It reminded him of his parents and of Bilbo. The younger hobbit drew the curtains slightly, still giving plenty of light to read by, but not so much that it would interfere with an afternoon nap, which Frodo knew was Sam’s way of saying that he had better be taking one This is so peaceful and gentle, Antane. I do love Frodo being taken care of, and all the sweet teasing. (I can't quite imagine him calling Sam or his cousins "brother", though.) Sweet dreams, Frodo... sweet dreams, Sam. :) Author Reply: As brothers is the only way I can think of those four. I imagine Frodo and Sam becoming brothers practically upon meeting, then the Gaffer would say later on, he's your master, not your brother, so there would be some distance put there and then on the Quest they became brothers again - how else to describe someone with which you share part of your heart and soul? - even if they never addressed each other as such out loud in the Red Book. I think Frodo and Merry and Pippin would be brothers from the beginning - esp. Frodo and Merry. I'm glad you enjoyed though - I knew the fluff would draw you in! :) Namarie, God bless, Antane :)
