| LoL! Even the mighty Fëanor might be overwhelmed by *seven* daughters! This was cute and very funny, though it makes you feel for Nerdanel! :) Author Reply: Hello MithLuin, Many thanks for reading and commenting on this. I have tended to think that some of the problem with Fëanor's nature was caused by the comparative lack of females about him - this is a attempt to consider what an abundance of females would do. :-) Although the kinslaying is a far from humorous situation, I really like Shemyazar's comment that had Fëanor had daughters like these, the kinslaying may well have been perpetrated against them, rather than the Teleri. | Snicker... I didn't feel too sorry for him, although I think if his brood had been female instead of male and that awful, the kinslaying might have been perpetrated on them rather than the Teleri. Author Reply: Thank you for commenting, Shemyaza. LOL - they are a rather stereotypical brood of awful daughters, I admit - far worse than the sons imo, and more likely to push Fëanor over the edge. | |

| Snork! This is the only fanfiction story that has ever made me feel sorry for Feanor! Very well-written. Now I'm wondering if Nerdanel ever felt surrounded by too much testosterone. Author Reply: Thank you for your much appreciated and encouraging review. Of course Fëanor could wake-up from his 'dream' - Nerdanel had to live for some time with all that testosterone. It is a rather male biased household, isn't it! :-) | |
